The nation's top slab expert, Eldon Tipping of Structural Services Inc featured J&A's super-flat concrete floors in his article on the subject in Concrete Construction Magazine. Super-flat floors were a critical element of the New IKEA in Brooklyn.

The 10th Avenue Condos project has topped-out. J&A celebrated with General Contractor J Petrocelli Construction at a ceremony on the jobsite. The reinforced concrete project was a foundation and superstructure package performed by J&A.
